Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

Here is an awesome Whole 30 compliant, grain, and egg free breakfast! Delicious and very filling!

 

Ingredients:

1c. cooked, mashed sweet potato

1/2 - 1 ripe banana, mashed

1/4 c. coconut milk, unsweetened

2 tsp cinnamon

1-2 tbsp chopped pecans

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (peptines)

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

 

Directions:

In a microwave safe bowl, combine potatoes, bananas and milk, heat for 30-45 seconds.  Stir, add cinnamon.

Top with pecans and seeds.
