Taco Egg Bake


1 lb cooked ground meat of choice (beef, pork, wild game or a combination)

1 red pepper, chopped

1 onion, chopped

1 cup sugar free salsa

1 -2 tsp cajun spice (we used Flavorgod cajun)

8 eggs, beaten

1/2 c. coconut milk



Combine meat, pepper, onion, salsa and spice and spread in an 8x8 pan.

In another bowl eggs and milk and pour over meat mixture.

Bake at 350 for 40 mins (depending on your oven)
