This is my GO-TO quick meal that is super healthy and very delicious!
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 an avocado, sliced
1/2 tomoato, chopped or 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
Mix together
Add salt and pepper
Enjoy!
