Carrot Cake Smoothie Jar
I put a twist on the new fad of Smoothie Bowls, and threw them in a mason jar.
Recipe yields 5 servings
Ingredients:
1 c. plain unsweetened almond milk
3 frozen bananas
4 c. steamed, cooled carrots
2 c. cooked, cooled oatmeal
1c. frozen pineapple
3 tsp cinnimon
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
Toppings (optional for each jar)
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp chopped raw walnuts
1 pitted dates chopped
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Divide into 5 jars.
Serve with toppings of your choice.
