Chia Pudding with Fruit

This is a great way to have a sweet non-dairy, vegan treat!

 

Ingredients:

1/2c rolled oats

1c Unsweetened Coconut Milk

1c Frozen Blueberries (or other frozen fruit of choice)

2 tbsp Chia Seeds

 

Directions:

In a 500ml Mason Jar, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
