Feta Chicken with Tomato
I love my Crockpot and am always looking for new and yummy ways to use it (other than just for soup and chilli).
Ingredients:
4 chicken breats, sliced lengthwise (so there are 8 pieces)
1 c feta cheese, crumbled
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
Directions:
Put approx 1/4 c. of the tomatoes in the bottom
of the crockpot.
Place 4 of the chicken pieces on top of the tomaoes.
Sprinkle all of the feta on top of the chicken.
Place the remaining 4 pieces on top of the feta.
Pour the rest of the tomatoes over top of the
chicken.
Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours, until chicken is
cooked through.
Serve with brown rice.
